Review Summary
EnRich & Thin™ Weight Loss System approaches the weight loss process by addressing the discomforts that accompany dieting. It is advertised as being able to “eliminate the frustration and anguish of starvation diets while promoting better health.” The product claims to be an overall healthy weight loss approach that eliminates “hunger headaches” and “sapped energy.” The system involves the drinking of tea and the taking of two dietary supplements daily.
There are many weight loss supplements in capsule form which are safe and which can be very effective particularly when used as a complement to a weight loss program composed of a healthy diet and a regular exercise regimen. Of course, there are also supplements which do nothing at all, some even causing negative side effects. In this review, we will examine the EnRich & Thin™ Weight Loss System and try to determine whether it is worth recommending to dieters or not.

Ingredients at a Glance
The EnRich & Thin™ Weight Loss System uses what it calls a “comprehensive” Cleanse, Burn, Build™ approach. The Cleanse part includes 30 tea bags which are described as being “especially formulated for dieters.” The Burn refers to the dietary supplement with natural extracts and herbs. And the Build approach is in the form of a multi-vitamin supplement. Aside from this package, the company also offers a product called a Burn Contouring Crème.

Ingredients in Focus
There is insufficient information given about the ingredients used in the special diet tea which we find disturbing. It is difficult for us to recommend a product without really knowing what it contains. The same goes with the multi-vitamin/mineral which is included in the system. While a vitamin supplement would certainly improve overall health, without knowing its complete ingredients, we think it would be unwise for dieters to take it.
This supposedly thermogenic supplement contains the following ingredients: Chinese Ephedra Extract, Aztec Blend™, Lacuna Bean/Velvet Bean/Macuna Pruriens Extract, Jaborandi Extract, Quercitin, Bladderwrack, Licorice, Bioperine®, Ginger, Cayenne and Chromium. We appreciate all-natural formulas, however this one contains Ephedra, a controversial ingredient which was banned for a period of time due to the serious health conditions and even deaths associated with it.

Obesity is a problem which not only puts sufferers at risk for dangerous health problems such as cardiovascular diseases, but at the same time it is a physical condition which destroys a person’s self-esteem. Because of this, we believe that people who would like to lose weight effectively and safely should try using a supplement which contains a proven fat burner and appetite suppressant. The best products come from companies which run an official website and has a dependable customer service arm.

Final Thoughts
The fat burning and the multivitamin components, when considered individually, may provide some benefits. Certain ingredients used have been proven to be effective. However, we tend to look with doubt on the Weight Loss Pack because of the inclusion of the ingredient Ephedra. Also, following the recommended dosage of the system, a dieter may have to take as many as 8-10 capsules a day.
In our opinion, there are better products which dieters may opt to consider instead of this. Aside from the questionable formulation, we also say this because the manufacturer does not offer consumers the chance to try the product for free. Lastly, we do not think dieters would appreciate the dosage recommendation. There are other dietary supplements available which includes all the ingredients into one formula. In conclusion, we believe that the EnRich & Thin™ Weight Loss System is not a product that is worth recommending.
