Review Summary
Expedrine is a weight loss supplement that increases the body’s fat burning capacity. This product is promoted as having the same effects as an Ephedrine-based formula. However, this raises our concern because Ephedrine has been banned from the market due to the severe side-effects associated with it. There have been many Ephedrine copycats since then. In this review we shall take a look at Expedrine and determine whether it is an effective and safe weight loss supplement.
Expedrine strikes us as being a high risk product. The outright associations being |
made with Ephedrine clearly suggests that it is a quick weight loss solution that may compromise the health and comfort of users.
We are hesitant to recommend products like Expedrine most especially since we have seen other safe and all-natural products like Advantra-Z® which is a proven effective fat-burner. Hoodia is another benign weight loss ingredient. It works as an appetite suppressant. When combined with diet and exercise, formulas that contain these ingredients may yield significant long-term results. Vis-à-vis such products, Expedrine seems like a big risk.

Concept
The Expedrine concept is to use a potent stimulant to speed up the body’s fat burning rate. At the same time, it raises the body’s core temperature to reduce water weight. The manufacturer makes this known in its product promotion but there is little or no information whether these processes are beneficial to the health.
Expedrine is in liquid gel form which makes it different from most weight loss products. This form is supposed to be absorbed more easily by the body although we have been unable to find any information as to how it actually works. Basically, this is a quick result product which encourages unhealthy weight loss at the expense of good nutrition. |

Website
There was no website for Expedrine at the time of review but it was featured on several sites where it was compared with other similar products such as Hydroxycut Hardcore or Lipo-6.
Expedrine is sold in bottles containing 90 liqui-gels. At 2 gels per dosage, one bottle of Expedrine would last for about a month and a half. Considering its price of about $54.99 to $89.99, Expedrine is quite expensive. Moreover, there are no free trials being offered for the product. |

Final Thoughts
Expedrine works by using powerful stimulants to speed up the body’s fat burning rate. This concept is nothing new as there are many other products in the market that perform in the same manner. While this may promote rapid weight loss, it is often not the safest way to do it.
Furthermore, Expedrine may cause serious health problems if used for a prolonged period of time. The good news is that there are safe and effective alternatives available in the market such as Advantra-Z® which may be used on a long-term basis without endangering the health. There are many weight loss products that contain this fat burner as well as Hoodia and manufacturers even offer free trial samples for testing by consumers. With better supplements such as these, it makes us wonder why products like Expedrine are still even being sold.
