It was created by a company called American Beauty and Fitness LLC which has made many health and fitness education products such as books and movies meant to “celebrate and teach a healthy lifestyle”. The company is promoted as being staffed by diet, fitness and bodybuilding professionals. However, the website fails to include detailed professional information about these experts particularly in terms of experience. People need to know such things as it not only gives credibility to both the company and the product, but at the same it provides consumers with an idea about the quality and reliability of product being offered to them. In this review, we shall be taking a closer look at Fast Fat Loss Plan to see the concept behind it and how valid it is as a weight loss option.

Although there is nothing much written about the company on the website, information is provided about Dan Burke, the developer of the Fast Fat Loss Plan. He is said to have been involved in fitness training for 25 years and that he authored a book called The Figure Competition Training Guide: The Figure Book. Unfortunately, the book did not make it into any bestseller list not unlike many other weight loss and fitness books.
Dan Burke describes the Fast Fat Loss plan as a “detailed plan of action” which he says would teach people how to lose weight “forever”. This plan includes a book and a DVD. The video presentation is narrated by Julie Green, a Nationally Qualified Figure Champion, certified trainer, aerobics instructor, and model.

The Fast Fat Loss Plan book is a guide to help dieters plan their daily menu quickly by following “food schedules”. Another feature of this plan is the “Easy Visual Guide” which teaches people how to eat properly. However, we noticed that the information provided in this plan is not new or much different from what we have seen in many other weight loss systems.
In the DVD, Julie Green speaks on the “Top 20 Things You Must Do to Lose Fat Fast” as well as on how people can create their own plan of action. The latter is actually the core principle of this system but disappointingly, it is not discussed very well on the website. Because of this lack of information, it becomes difficult for people to assess the plan and decide whether it suits them or not.
Having said that, we do appreciate it that exercise is given importance in this plan as this is often not the case in other diet plans. Having an exercise component will enable dieters to maximize their potential to lose weight. The plan also includes a discussion about what is in the food we are eating, in particular the hidden calories which may be high in fat while appearing not to be so.

Another noteworthy thing mentioned in this plan is the value of taking holistic supplements. A good quality, all-natural herbal supplement can do a lot in helping dieters boost their weight loss program. For example, hunger and appetite control is perhaps one of the most difficult aspects of losing weight. When dieters begin to exercise they also begin to feel hungrier and the temptation to binge and overeat may become just too much to overcome.

As mentioned above, this plan encourages the use of holistic supplements to support weight loss.
