Obesity is is closely linked to serious health problems such as heart disease and diabetes, but then dieting, which is the common solution to this condition, may also lead to problems such as tooth decay and gallstones. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that dieters find a plan that not only works but works for life. In this review, we shall be taking a look at this book to find out whether it has something beneficial to offer dieters and if it actually works.

Overall, we appreciate this book for offering readers a new perspective on dieting and health and body image which may be the inspiration some people need to continue in their weight loss efforts. We especially like the fact the chapter which deals with the problem of obesity in children, particularly the tips to help prevent this from occurring. However, as with any diet plan, this may not be ideal for everyone.
Some people would probably do better eating healthy and maintaining a regular exercise routine.
