FitDay is a web-based diet tool designed to help dieters keep track of their weight loss online. There are many such sites on the internet lately, most of which share very similar features, Some of these sites are free while others require a membership fee. FitDay offers both options to users. Final Thoughts
The FitDay website boasts of having 2.2 million members which, according to them, have used the “site to take control of their diet and lose weight”. This is obviously not a program but simply a tool to help dieters become more conscious about their weight loss goals. By monitoring their progress in terms of quantifiable measures, they can perhaps make immediate adjustments where needed based on the data they input from day to day. However, this is not for everybody. There are people who might find the process too tedious and would much rather spend time actually doing something to burn calories instead of sitting down and recording data. Although it is a helpful tool which can help dieters better analyze their dieting behavior, it does not directly generate weight loss. Progress can be attained with or without it. For people who want a more practical way boost weight loss, nutritional supplementation may be a more worthwhile alternative.
A dietary supplement with an effective appetite suppressant like Hoodia may do more in helping dieters cut down on calories thereby controlling weight gain and promoting weight loss. Another beneficial ingredient is Advantra-Z which is a powerful thermogenic agent that increases fat burning and boosts metabolic function. White Willow Bark, in turn, intensifies the effect of Advantra-Z while providing relief from the aches and pains that accompany a moderate to vigorous workout regimen safely and effectively. |
