Review Summary

Whenever dieters set their weight loss goals, they also set certain achievements over a specific time frame. Most of the time, they direct their efforts in ensuring that they reach both of these in their scheduled time, but they inevitably experience a downfall. This diet failure often leads to more diet frustrations.
Some people who are frustrated over dieting simply refuse to try other weight loss aids again, meanwhile, there are also those who opt to greater and more drastic measures, just so they can achieve their weight loss goals in due time.
The Metabolic Typing Diet is advertised as one of the solutions for those who are experiencing diet frustrations due to failure in achieving weight loss goals.
Actually, the whole title pf the said book is The Metabolic Typing Diet: Customize Your Diet to Your Own Unique Body Chemistry. This weight loss book was authored by William Wolcott and Trish Fahey. Both writers have credible background on metabolism and its functions in diet processes. That said; our initial perception is that this weight loss book might be instrumental in various ways.

Let us now take a closer probe at the said book to see how it can perform as a weight loss aid.
We noted that this book is quite focused on individualistic approaches. Accordingly, this particular book sets the differences between various body types and districts each one by creating categories. These categories set what the particular body type responds easier to, specifically where metabolic processes are concerned.
In particular, this book sets three categories in play: the protein body type, the carbo body type, and the mixed body type.
While we saw some sense into this book, we do not buy the idea that knowing which body type an individual has and setting that body type for a particular metabolic type is perennial to weight loss. Our idea also is that even if such is the case, it is not a guarantee that the dieters can follow the restrictions set upon knowing what his or her body type is.
Our suggestions at this point lay on the use of organic weight loss supplements as a more viable option to promote weight loss. We are singling out the appetite suppressant Hoodia Gordonii and the fat burner and metabolic enhancer Advantra-Z to make the weight loss process easier. |
