Review Summary

Health is often attributed to the physical appearance in the sense that a healthy person is seen as someone who has the ideal body weight and measurement. In contrast, the ideal body weight and measurement is likewise seen as a reflection of a person’s stronghold on health. True to this observation, many of those people who want to experience a boost in weight loss opt to follow diet plans that incorporate the ingestion of healthy sources such as fruits and vegetables.
Many have been a witness to the popularity of fad diets. One of the most celebrated fad diets that make use of fruits as its basis is the Grapefruit Diet. In much the same way as the Grapefruit Diet, another fruit-based fad diet that made its foray into the weight loss industry is the Pineapple Diet.

From the name itself, it is already quite obvious what the Pineapple Diet is. Indeed, it is a fad diet that sets a focal point on the use of pineapples to augment weight loss. Accordingly, this is due to the idea that fiber is an important source of antioxidants and it can be found in pineapple.
The other key concepts of this weight loss plan are basically very simple. As a whole, we can sum up what this diet is all about by saying that it encourages a healthy lifestyle through some lifestyle changes. This lifestyle change should be inclusive of exercise and a diet that is low on caloric contents and of course, the hefty consumption of the pineapple fruit.
For the most part, we know that antioxidants can do the body some benefits. For starters, antioxidants can help in flushing out the toxins that have accumulated in the body. Secondly, antioxidants can also aid in the body’s detoxification process. Due to these effects that antioxidants can have on the body, it is also suggested as an agent of weight loss.
While these claims may be true, we believe that the uses of antioxidants are too glorified. As far as we know, antioxidants have some important properties’ but these properties are not sufficient to aid sustainable weight loss. The weight that can be taken away from the body of the dieter will merely be excess weight, or the water retained in the dieter’s body. This water weight can be gained easily over time.
For a more potent weight loss option, there is always the combination of Hoodia Gordonii and Advantra-Z. Hoodia Gordonii is a succulent herb used traditionally in South Africa as a weight loss agent. Meanwhile, Advantra-Z is a trusted organic ingredient I the arena of weight loss, particularly where fat elimination is concerned. |
