Review Summary

Depriving one’s self with the foods that we love to eat is what most people do in order to jumpstart their diet plans. Seeing significant weight loss results through this method, the dieters carry on with this weight loss plan. Unfortunately, there comes a point when they become too deprived that they tend to break off the cycle by binging on their favorite foods. Coincidentally, their favorite foods are also their trigger foods – the foods that trigger their appetite.
There are many ways that can help us lose weight, unfortunately, these methods are hard to keep up with, especially if the dieter is not as disciplines as he or she should be. In this case, even strict adherence to weight loss methods would be bound for failure.
As a response to the many restrictions that most weight loss plans offer, an innovative method in weight loss was created. This phenomenal weight loss program is called the QOD Diet.

by restricting his or her meal plans, but allowing dieters to gain the freedom to eat other food choices on some days. Simply put, this weight loss program aims to strike a balance between restrictive dieting and lax dieting. The end-result of this weight loss program is a more disciplines appetite.
From what we could see the weight loss program is quite apt for use in some areas, but it not altogether an ideal weight loss plan because it is not meant for every dieter.
The QOD Diet carries the concepts that are both new and traditional. The concepts entailed in this weight loss program can be found on the book of the person who devised this program. The person who wrote the book on this weight loss program is John D. Daugirdas.
For the most part, we laud the efforts of Daugirdas in trying to augment weight loss without too much restriction, but in spite of these, we don’t think that dieters can still put his concepts to practice.
For those who want to lose weight but are finding it hard to follow weight loss methods, the best option is to use a weight loss supplement. A weight loss supplement that carries the organic ingredients found in the appetite suppressant Hoodia Gordonii and the fat burner Advantra-Z is most apt for maximum weight loss. |
