Simi8larly, Gullo points out that by not giving in to food cravings and binge eating, then a dieter will not have such a hard time to lose weight.

Although there are other factors that contribute to weight gain, we agree that exercising portion control is indeed a viable option to lose weight. But even so, we do not believe that giving advice on how a dieter should perceive foods cannot suffice in making dieters stay away from food.
