True enough; a person who is ignorant about nutrition basics might find himself or herself in situations that can worsen weight gain dilemmas. What Color is Your Diet is a book that takes yet a different approach for “helping consumers lose weight” by suggesting that healthy eating is directly related to the color of foods consumed.

Written by David Heber, the book covers the seven colors of plant-based foods that should be eaten every day and why this may benefit health.
If truth be told, we find David Heber’s book too scientific for the average person. Aside from this, we also think that the book would ultimately fail in making the dieters adhere to the book every so often for the reason that What Color is Your Diet? is a boring read.
Dr. Heber also discusses the importance of soy protein, provides recipes and includes separate diet plans for men and women. Unfortunately, we perceive this as a failing tactic in motivating the dieters because some individuals may not have the time to fuss over foods as they already lead busy and active lifestyles.
For those who want to lose weight but cannot spare much time in preparing foods that are not laden with too much fats, sugars, and carbohydrates, what we suggest is the use of a weight loss product that is suitable for your lifestyle.
